Here’s how it works.

The pre-filled example assumes a 5% p.a. return on an initial investment of $10,000. The two funds are the same except for their management fee — 0.2% vs. 1.5%. Using these assumptions, with the help of a little thing called compound interest, in 30 years this $10,000 amount could be worth either $40,817 or $28,068 — 30% less!
